The case-evaluation quiz on this site asks a series of questions about an accident and
calculates a score based on the answers given. It is an informational, self-service tool

performed by an attorney, and the score it produces is not a prediction, guarantee, or warranty
of any legal outcome, settlement value, or case result.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using this quiz, submitting your information, or receiving a case score does not
create an attorney-client relationship with smith Jakson. An
attorney-client relationship is only formed after direct contact with an attorney and the signing
of a written retainer agreement. Until then, do not send any information through this site that
you consider confidential or time-sensitive.
